Run one terminal command to add Streamline's MCP server to your AI tool.

## What the MCP Actually Does

MCP is a connection between your AI tool and an outside service. Streamline's lets you search and pull 300,000+ icons, illustrations, and elements without leaving the tool you are already working in.

It works with Claude Code, Claude connectors, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Antigravity, among others. Setup is a terminal command, a browser sign-in, and a check that the connection is live.

## Two Material Sets, One Connection

Material Symbols is Google's own set, hosted here free, with 3,317 icons in each of six variants. It is the right pick when you want exactly what Google ships.

Streamline Material is the redrawn version. Every icon follows the Material Design guidelines, but fixed where the originals fell short, with thousands more icons so the set feels complete.

## Why Redraw Material at All

Google's Material icons do not always follow their own geometry rules. Strokes sit off balance and some shapes stay vague, which shows once you place a row of them together.

The redraw fixes that consistency and fills the gaps in coverage. The difference is subtle until you notice it, and then it is hard to unsee.
